You acknowledge that by submitting an application and payment, you accept that we may reject your application for any reason, with or without explanation, and our decision is final. In the case of rejection, your payment will be refunded, and you waive any claims against Eric Rhoads, Streamline Publishing Inc., and affiliated parties regarding the rejection decision.

Non-Disparagement Agreement: By participating in these programs, you agree not to make any derogatory, disparaging, or negative statements, comments, posts, reviews, or communications about Eric Rhoads, Streamline Publishing Inc., the programs, or any affiliated parties on any platform, including but not limited to social media, review sites, blogs, podcasts, videos, or any other public or private forums. This includes direct or indirect statements that could harm the reputation, business, or relationships of the aforementioned parties. You acknowledge that breach of this non-disparagement agreement may result in legal action and liability for damages.

Business Relationship: These programs are operated by Eric Rhoads under a formal operating agreement and license with Streamline Publishing Inc. All services, guidance, and program elements are provided pursuant to this agreement. You acknowledge that your participation in these programs is subject to the terms of this operating agreement between Eric Rhoads and Streamline Publishing Inc., and that both parties maintain their respective rights and obligations under this agreement.

By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are in addition to any other agreements or contracts required for program participation.
